Heat one tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame. Once the oil is piping hot, add chopped garlic, cabbage, carrot, beans and diced capsicum into the vessel; sprinkle salt and sauté for some time until the veggies turn crispy. Once our veggies are cooked, we can add flavor to the dish.. Lets add soya sauce, Pepper powder, coriander leaves, small quantity of water and salt into the recipe. Mix the ingredients well until a sweet aroma emanates your kitchen. Finally add drained noodles and let the ingredients mix and cook.
