Chitrangana Agle Reshwal is the first female Pakhawaj player in the world. She is the grand daughter of Pandit Ambadas Pant Agle, the renowned Pakhawaj maestro. Chitrangana belongs to the famous Nana Panse Gharana. After the initial training under her father Pt. Kalidas Pant Agle, she learnt music formally from Ustad Allauddin Khan Music Academy. She also holds a degree in M A Kathak.
