Preheat a shallow pan to a high heat. Remove the centers from the bread using a small biscuit cutter or a knife. Toast the bread slice in the pan with clarified butter at medium flame. Crack an egg into the bread hole (be careful not to break the yolk). Season with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
Finally your buttery toasted Egg in a hole is ready to serve. Egg in a hole can be had for Breakfast or serves as a perfect toast for Birthday parties.
