Marinate chicken Pieces in masala prepared by blending Corn Flour, Garlic, Garam masala, Red Chilly Powder, Thinly Chopped Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Mint leaves, Curry leaves, eggs, Curd and half a tsp of salt for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator
Place the marinated chicken pieces in a pan along with the diluted marinade sauce and cook for 10-15 min or till its three fourth cooked. This is done in order to soften the chicken pieces.
