How to Make Quail Fry!

Quail - 2 no
For Marinade:
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder -1 tsp heaped
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Onion cut in rounds - 1 no
Oil- for deep frying
Take a bowl and put ginger garlic paste, curd, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, corn flour & chopped curry leaves. Break an egg into the bowl.Mix the ingredients well.
Marinate the quail with the masala mix for 15 min.
Heat oil in a pan add some cumin seeds and curry leaves, then add the marinated quail into the pan.
Make sure both sides are fried well. Garnish with onion ringsbefore moving the fried quail from the pan, to a serving plate,
Quail Fry is ready....Serve it hot !!!
