Brazilian Beef Steak Fajitas
Beef tender loin pieces are marinated with garlic, salt, olive oil, 8 to 8 sauce and Worcester sauce. They are grilled and kept aside. Meanwhile to prepare brown sauce, sauté ingredients such as olive oil, garlic, celery, onion, salt, crushed pepper, rosemary and bell pepper strips. Red wine is added for additional flavor. Now the formerly made grilled steaks is mixed into the sauce. Your steak fajitas is ready to serve.
