Brazilian Chicken Coxinha
Coxinha is a Brazilian starter recipe. To prepare this recipe lets sauté chopped garlic, celery, onion and salt in olive oil. Add in Chicken Keema along with crushed pepper and rosemary and let it cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes. Later knead the cooked keema with mashed potato along with fine bread crumbs and lets make koftas out of it. Dip the Kofta shaped rolls in egg-maida mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Your Coxinha’s are ready to serve.
