In a vessel mix Rice flour into the water to this add ½ cup of grated coconut pinch of salt and cumin seed .you can mix the batter for 5-6 minutes. Keep aside the Rice batter for 20mins so as to spread the cumin flavor evenly through out the batter .Make sure that your batter is not too loose or too tight .Once our batter is ready heat the non-stick pan on medium flame. Add 2 to 3 drops of oil and grease the pan all over. Now we can pour a ladle full of batter or a litter more than ¼ cup of batter in the center of the pan and grill Cumin rice dosa evenly on both sides. Once our Cumin Rice dosa’s are cooked Use a flat spatula for further serving. Your Cumin Rice Dosa is ready to serve.
