Naushad the Big Chef - NBC
Naushad is the celebrity chef and the man behind the decade old celebrated cookery show in a Popular Malayalam channel. The success with the show business ultimately led him to open a chain of restaurants by the brand name Naushad the Big Chef or NBC.
One can find a large variety of recipes made in Kerala style. The Kerala style dishes include Fish, Mutton, Chicken, Duck, Prawns and Beef Items which Malayalees are much familiar with.
NBC has its own uniqueness with Biriyani. The popular Biriyani’s are :-
