Kochiites again witnessed a breath taking motorbike race at the Cochin carnival 2013. The race, which was held at Veli ground in Fort Cochin was organised by Cochin Aquatic club. About 80 motorcyclists from different parts of south India participated in the race.
‘Indian open’, ‘Indian experts’ and ‘Novice class’ were the three categories of the competition. In ‘Indian open’ category, Madhu from Bangalore won the first prize. Thanveer Abdul from Palakkad won the ‘India expert’ category and Tinu of Kochi was the champion of ‘novice class’. The competition was flagged off by Dominic presentation, MLA.
