International Orchid Fest is Kochi’s first exhibition held for the promotion of Orchid cultivation in the state. The event was inaugurated by Honorable MLA Mr. Hibi Eden. The event was organized by Kochi based Star Entertainments and Metro Event makers. The International Orchid fest played a perfect host for exhibition cum sale of wide range of orchids and bonsai plants. Different varieties of orchids from Thailand and Malaysia and more than 100 varieties of bonsai plants from China were on display at the fest. The other attractions at the event were the entertainment programs, competition for children and the food festival.
