Raw mangoes 2
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Star anise 4 pieces
Ginger a small piece
Water 1 glass
Turn down the heat and boil the raw mangoes until the green colour of the skin fades. Carefully peel off the cooked skin of the mangoes.
Remove the pulp using a spoon. Grind clove, cinnamon, star anise, ginger and pepper and adds to the mango pulp. Add two spoons of sugar. Pour a little bit of water and mix it well.
Heat a pan. Put the mix to the pan and stir it well until the water disappears. Once it comes to a thick paste, remove the pan from heat. We have finished.
By adding one spoon of this paste to the water you can make tasty raw mango squash. Add sugar according to your taste.
Keep this paste in a dry container. You can keep it for a long time.
