Milk Sarbath / Paal Sarbath – Recipe
Boil 1 cup of water along with 1/2 cup of sugar in a sauce pan.
Then add 2 tsp lime juice, mix it well and keep aside & let it cool down. Sarbath is ready.
Now, in a mixie jar, add 1/2 litre of milk along with 1/2 cup of sarbath and blend well.
Milk sarbath is ready. Transfer it to a glass and serve chilled.
