To begin with, add a glass of water into a shallow vessel and keep at low simmer. Add Chopped Guava into the vessel along with Cardamom. Make sure guava pieces don’t change its color so keep sautéing. When the aroma of Cardamom emanates the kitchen its time to switch off the stove. Let the Cooked Guava cool for 10 minutes.
Blend the Cooked Guava in a Mixer Jar along with water and sugar. Your thick frothy Guava juice is ready to serve.
