Green Gram Egg Masala
Green gram (boiled) - 1 cup
Garlic - 5 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 nos
Green chilly - 2 to 3 nos
Curry leaves - a few
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 2 nos
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion along with green chilly and saute.
Now add required salt along with curry leaves and chilly powder. Again saute well.
Then add boiled green gram into it and mix.
Now add garam masala along with pepper powder and again mix it well for some more time.
Now move the green gram masala to one side of the pan and heat some oil on the other side, break two eggs into it and scramble.
Mix the green gram masala and scrambled egg together.
The green gram egg masala is ready. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
