	Beetroot Roast Recipe 
 
 Beetroot   - 2-3 no
 Ghee   - 1 tbsp
 Garam masala (raw)   - 2 tbsp
 Onion  - 2 nos
 Chilly powder   - 1 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder  - 1/2 tbsp
 Coriander powder   - 3/4 tbsp
 Garam masala powder  - 1 tbsp
 Coconut (grated)  - 1/2 coconut
 Coriander leaves    - a few
 Water   - 3/4 cup
 Salt   -	1 tsp
 
 Heat ghee in a pan, add raw garam masala 
 
 Now add 1/2 cup chopped onion and saute well for some time. Once the onion glaze, add 1 1/2 cup of chopped beetroot and mix well.
 
 Now add 1 tbsp chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 3/4 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garam masala and again mix well.
 
 Then add some water, mix well, close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
 
 After 10 mins open the lid and add grated coconut, mix well and again close the lid for 5 more minutes.
 
 Now you can open the lid, add chopped coriander leaves and again mix well.
 
 Our Beetroot roast is ready, transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
