Pandit Rajendra Nakod hails from a family of well-known classical musicians. His father, Pt. Arjunsa Nakod, was an eminent Hindustani vocalist. Rajendra has performed in prestigious music conferences all over India and is an A-grade Tabla artist of 'All India Radio’. He has accompanied well-known musicians such as the late Pt. Basvaraj Rajguru, Begum Parveen Sultana, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt etc. He performs regularly with eminent Sitarist Ustad Rafeeq Khan.
