Judy Padamadan a Keralite, raised in the mid-west States in the United States is an enthusiast for Kerala dishes as well as the dishes from the mid west part of the US. She loved cooking from a very early age and is influenced by the different backgrounds she was exposed to.
She got her Bachelor of Art, Business and Organizational Communication degree from University of Akron, Ohio and her culinary degree from New England Culinary Institute, Essex, VT
ranked among the top three culinary institutes in the United States by industry experts. She has worked as a Food Consultant, in Fremont, Ohio. |
